Fueling Your Day Through Nutrition as an Entrepreneur with Bonnie Campbell

We’re bringing something a little different to you today! Different, but equally important as all the other topics we talk about 🙂 We are not talking about SEO, branding strategies, or even marketing tips. We are talking about nutrition for entrepreneurs.

If there was ever a stat created about how many of us fuel our day with food the right way… I’d be scared to see it. We talk about so much in this episode from the crazy fads out there to real tips that feel attainable so you can stop skipping lunch and be more productive. Sounds great, huh!? Let’s meet a past client of ours, Bonnie from The Nourished Path. Bonnie and her team help clients create personalized nutrition plans that fit their lifestyles— not the other way around.

What You’ll Learn in this Episode

  • There are so many different ways to approach “better nutrition” in the industry. Can you tell us more about your approach?
  • What’s the impact of skipping meals on our day? What are some easy tips for those of us who are frequent abusers of this?
  • What should we be eating, and how often should we be eating to fuel our day and be more productive?
  • What are some big red flags or lies that people often believe about weight loss?

Easy Tips to Improve Nutrition for Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs can get caught up in the never-ending to-do list and forget to eat sometimes. Honestly, we’ve been there!

Bonnie’s biggest advice is to look at your day and set aside time to eat. Schedule it in your calendar if you have to! She recommends meal prepping on the weekend so if you do get busy during the week, you have food ready to go. Set goals for yourself, even if it’s as simple as eating lunch every day for a week. Small steps lead to big changes!

Just as you would take time to assess how your business is doing, do the same for your health. When you try new things, like meal prepping on Sunday, reflect on how that went for you. Is there anything you would change or need to improve on? Maybe you need to move your meal prep day to Saturday. Tweaks are okay!

Nutrition is something that we need to work on. I hope you found this episode insightful and got some good tips you can implement into your routine!
