Gimme that

If we asked you “are you growing your business with intention?” how do you think you’d answer? This question gave us a little pause and we bet it did for you too. The definition of intention is an idea that you plan, or intend, to carry out. It’s easy to think about our everyday intentions, our weekly intentions and even our monthly intentions. But when you start thinking about your intentions at a larger scale it gets a little trickier.

We were thrilled to invite Andi on the podcast from Oui, We Studio. So thrilled that after we recorded this episode, I couldn’t ask her fast enough about joining her Conscious CEO program

We talked about some incredibly powerful strategies around growing your business with intention, and there were a few moments where her suggestions scared the crap out of me… but in a good way. I knew I had to take some of these strategies to heart if I wanted our business to grow with intention.

Knowing how this episode impacted our business, I’m excited to see how it impacts yours!

What you can expect to hear in this episode

  • What types of clients do you work with, and what are their biggest challenges when you first meet them?
  • Can you share some best practices or tips on staying intentional with our energy and focus when it comes to growing our business?
  • Ideas of scaling our business are often paired with “work harder, longer” and words like “burnout”. Does it have to be this way? How do you approach finding that next level with your clients?
  • Can you share how we can better structure our sales calendars to hit our revenue goals?

Advice for Someone Struggling to Get to the Next Level of Their Business

We think we have to sacrifice more of our time and energy to get to the next level of business and success. In some seasons, this is completely possible, but in others, not so much. We have other commitments or priorities where we don’t want to sacrifice more of our time and energy for our business but still want to grow.

Andi advises to let go of any preconceived ideas of what success looks like and reconsider how you’ve done things up until this point. It’s difficult to get out of that mindset, but it’s key to getting to the next level. There’s more than one way to do things!

Step into the place of having a big vision and turn every stone to see what could be possible in your business if you made some shifts in the way you’re doing things. Then, you can drill down and get more granular on how you can do things differently. This could relate to content creation, systems, processes, calendar organizations, pricing, packages, etc.

Think about each area of your business in a new way. The best way to do that is through support. Get someone to come in and look at your business with you. A third-party perspective can make all the difference!

We have full confidence you can grow your business with intention in the last few months of 2023!
